It’s a really great belt. It has helped me a lot to keep my posture and my pain has improved since I started using it. The quality is really impressive too, great product for the price.

With a knee that only bends to a 45 degree angle, I can't sit cross legged. This allows me to sit almost ram rod straight with little to no discomfort... it IS adjustable! Makes my morning meditation easy peasy! This IS a knockoff of a more expensive item, but it's well made and does the trick!

This is really helpful for my back and posture. The reason for 4 stars is because it is very tight across the back as I am plus sized.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that this belt is just perfect for me when I sit at my computer. It feels snug but not too tight, just right for support and for helping keep my back straight. It's easy to use so I don't have to do much manipulating of it when I have to get up for a few minutes. So glad I bought it.

Doubt this was developed by an orthopedic or anyone in the medical profession. If you have bad hips do not use. I feel that it drove the head of the femur into the hip socket.

This supposedly was to help correct posture while sitting. Perhaps it does for others, but it did not for me. I'm at the computer a lot so had a good chance to try it out over a long period. It did help me sit up straighter a bit, but it became tiring to use and annoying to put on and off every time I had o get up from the chair. After three days of using it I started to get cramps in my left leg. I have given up on it. Perhaps it's not for everyone...

I bought this as an alternative to the way more expensive "brand name" version and love it. I love that it folds up into it's own little pack so I can use it at home or take it to the office with me.

I saw an expensive name brand one of these and wanted one so found something somewhat similar and bought it. I found it super to use on an airplane or places where I just wanted to be able to have something behind me so I could sort of lean back into it. Airplane seats have no real lumbar supports nor do benches. I lost that first one after a few months and bought an identical one which broke after a few months due to the stitching. My first 2 were more of a circle shape (when zipped up) and this one is more of a rounded rectangle (when zipped up) bought this one on my third round and it is WAY better in quality than my first 2! Like every part of it is better… thicker straps, better sewing, better zipper, better strap attachment clips… so if u haven’t gotten one of these before this is the one to get! They all work the same way and u wear them the same way, so whether u like how these are worn is another matter. I do. But when it comes to quality I assure you that the quality of this one is significantly better than the circle ones

Makes sitting much more comfortable. Once we are back to the rink after covid, I will be sure to take it while I am sitting in the bleachers. Really does make you sit up straight and relieve back pain!

i think the average back shouldn't use this as it could but your back in a un natural spine position
