We didn't find it easy to use so we didn't use it.

I ordered this for my Wife, and she loves it!Yes it worked for her big time, holding it in her left hand when she is in bed settling down for 10 minuets then it shuts off; she pops it on the bedside table shuts her eyes and she has gone in seconds.And there was me saying cheep Chinese Rubbish, but it WORKS.And my wife who had to take a sleeping tablet for years due to her medical condition within a week of using this rather small device has stopped taking her sleeping medication,I would say it worked for my wife but it might not work everyone but it's worth a try.Bob & Maggie

Don't waste your money. I read all the reviews, which seemed reallt good and was desperate for these to work! Sadly they did absolutely nothing for me.

I have had insomnia for 25 years and mostly only sleep for 1 hour each night.Did it work for me NO.Still only sleep for around an hour per night as you relax you drop the gadget maybe if it stayed in the hand it may work don't think it would but then don't know either.

Save your money please.It didn't work unfortunately. It now sits on the shelf in front of the television to remind me never to go after these fad things again.
