Anand traders 11mm plano convex lens with 21mm focal length for DIY telescope eyepiece

The Lens is as good as specified. Focal length and diameter are as specified. Packaging is also very good with no schatches. But delevery charge is too high. There should be delivery charge waiving at least for second time buyers. Why buyers frequently returns this product I couldn't understand. It fulfill my requirement adequately.
