I Purchased this phone for an elderly loved one who had Dementia, after setting it upLoved the large buttons and the Help button on the back, great price , and the charging dock was so easy for him to charge up without fiddling with a cable now I can keep in touch, would Recommend for older people who have a disability , The battery life is very good and easy to use, Very good Value for money,

I don’t like anything about this phone supposed to be easy to use it won’t hold it’s charge ! Try to send text messages all fail !!An utter waste of £49.99 wish I had returned it,The only thing you can do is make a call if the battery lasts long enough !!!!Rubbish don’t bother buying one.

I bought this phone for my dad who is 87. He has always struggled with mobiles so this seemed perfect. It folds small enough to go in his pocket, both the displays have big enough fonts for him to see with ease. The buttons are clear. He loves that all he has to do is open the phone to answer a call & close it to end the call. The preset phone numbers are great for him as he hasn't got to go through contacts.The reason I have not given 5 stars is because you need to be pretty phone savvy to set it up. Dad would not of been able to set this up on his own. I wish you could put a contract sim in.I'm not sure why people have said the sim card is hard to put in, I didn't have any problems getting it in!Overall its good value for money, once set up its easy to use & so gives me peace of mind when dad's out on his own.

Got for my dad for Christmas. He liked the buttons and screen for ease and use, the only thing letting this phone down is that it don't do predictive texting, of which is the main thing he used the phone for.

Speediness of delivery was excellent. This phone is excellent for my Mother as she has onset of dementia and she finds it easy to use and to identify who is calling. The only problem I have found is the easiness of the torch to be switched on without realising and therefore running the battery life down.

myself and my wife are so happy with the phones they are a pure delight they have a lovely feel to them and they look great so easy to use the speakers are great sound volume great picture screen great to sum it all up well these phones are JUST GREAT.

Got this to replace a 20 year old Binatone for my dad who is 89. He just needed a basic phone for calling. Very easy to set up although admit i struggled with the sim at first which was from his old phone and standard size. I don't think it has a loudspeaker on though? That would have been useful so he doesn't have to hold it up to his ear. But very pleased with it.
