PentelFinito! Porous Point Pen x-Tra Fine Point Tip, Assorted Ink (A/B/C), 3-PK

I loved Paper Mate's Liquid Flair pens; they, however, were discontinued and I am on my last pen. I've been searching for a replacement... This is it. I've ordered 4 other kinds trying to find the right pen. These pens are perfect, they write very smoothly. The ink does bleed through a little bit on regular notebook paper, but not on regular copy paper or thicker. I am very pleased with these Finito! pens and highly suggest!

I LOVE the way these pens write. I'm a self-admitted pen/pencil/paper/stationery addict, and these are among my favorite pens EVER for the office. They write smoothly, don't smear, are dark and crisp. Love, love, LOVE them.

When I first opened the lens I was very happy. Practicing on scratch paper nearby I really liked the look and feel of these pens. They are well made and feel good in the hand.My BUT is/are.• These pens/ink does expand slightly on the paper as writing.• The pens are advertised and marked as 'Xtra fine' and they are fine yes. But 'Xs'? Or Extra Fine? Not really. As in my pictures you can see that they are visually larger than other bands with the same claim (these pens being the top most in the images).• In my uses I use pens like these at work a lot. And very frequently I will need to highlight text after writing. With these pens a light smear is noticeable when used immediately after. And OK at not smearing after a few minutes. (Not ideal).Overall... They ARE good pens. But for my personal use. I really won't use them too often as I need it to be dry very quickly, not expand when on paper and be a tiny but thinner.
