Q: How do you measure the springs?

The springs are measured with a soft tape measure and are measured around the curvature of the spring from one end to the other.

Q: Do you carry this in shorter lengths?

18" is the shortest length we currently carry.

Q: Just purchased these and they are too thick for the brackets on my recliner. Do they come in a thinner wire? Can we contact you?

We don't currently offer them in a thinner wire, but feel free to contact us through the order page in your amazon account.
