Noticed a slight improvement very quickly hoping for more noticeable improvements as time and doses continue.

Didn’t like this product. Very bitter taste. Instructions on bottle were so hard to read. Wouldn’t buy it again.

This is a very good quality and quite tasty supplement, but is quite expensive in contrast to simply just taking capsules, and offers inadequate doses of several of the provided ingredients.While I actually quite like this supplement, the cost relative to the dosages of each ingredient puts me off purchasing more.The supplement arrives in a glass bottle with a metal screw-top lid. There is no measuring cup provided and instead you are advised to use 1-2 tablespoons of the liquid in a glass of water.The flavour is fruity and strongly concentrated, so does require a large glass of water. It is a pleasant and natural taste, whereas I have tried similar products with very artificial tastes.Each 30ml dosage contains;- 5000mg hydrolysed collagen- 500mg MSM- 200mg L-Carnitine- 100mg Chondroitin- 60mg Ginger Extract- 20mg Maca Extract- 6mg Hyaluronic Acid- 0.5mg Black Pepper ExtractThe 5000mg of collagen is OK, however, below this all of the ingredients are inadequately dosed. For instance, MSM usually requires a high dosage of 3000mg, and Examine.com's summaries of clinical trials with MSM for Oesteoarthritis show that dosages of 3,375mg were effective. This is a similar situation for the rest of the ingredients.At 30ml per dosage and the bottle holding 300ml, this will provide 10 doses at a cost of about £2.40/dose. For this cost, I can take a clinically-supported dosage of each ingredient if I purchase those separately as capsules.For anyone who cannot take capsules, this is a good supplement to increase your collagen intake, and if you already get enough of the other ingredients this can help to increase your intake a little further, but I would not rely solely on this to resolve joint health issues.

I've used a lot of different collagen products over the years including liquid like this, tablets and powders and for me this is at the top end of what I would pay - it's pretty pricey as if you take this every day as it would only last 20 days due to the 300g providing 20 x 15ml servings, which is a bit more than I would want to pay even if this does contain fairly decent amounts collagen and a very impressive list of other vitamins so although I'd like to continue using it now it's all gone I think I would wait until it was offer and is closer to what I'm comfortable/used to paying for a decent collagen supplement - would definitely recommend for quality though if in your budget.

This product is a good option, another way to consume collagen.Many times I have trouble swallowing a tablet or capsule.This liquid preparation is simply an easy to consume.On its texture, I would say it is like a concentrate.It is worth shaking before consumption.The taste is fruity and pleasant to drink.It is similar in its ingredients to other products on the market..Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.XO Sue

Supposedly good for hair, skin, nails and joints.Nicely presented in a glass bottle.Easy to take. Taste is not unpleasant.Didn't appear to have any impact on me.

must say I am pretty happy with this supplement.I am a female over 40, with some signs of ageing that we all experience.( Large pores, wrinkles, ageing skin, joint pains you know all the fun stuff.) It's not severe yet, but my body is defiantly getting older. So I started looking into collagen supplements.After I started taking this suplement my skin, which is normally dry and scaly, started to look more hydrated. My nails grow faster and now I maintained an elegant length and my joints seem to heal a little better after hard workouts. I noticed that even my hair grow faster. This is a great product, I'm really satisfied.
