Honestly as a person who doesn’t eat meat, I am always worried I’m not getting enough vitamins. It’s stressful to try and figure out everything I need to be taking to make up for the nutrition I’m lacking, and it gets to be a lot of pills I need to take…This solves all that in one pill! I looked over all the ingredients and this covers all the bases… except omega 3s, but I have gummies for that.These smell fine and are easy to swallow. Haven’t noticed much difference in energy levels, but am happy to continue ordering these for convenience.

As a physician and plant-based eater myself, I think this is a great product. It contains the vitamins that are really hard to get from plant sources, especially B-vitamins. It’s easy to swallow and causes no stomach upset for me.

I bought it for my vegetarian granddaughter, who does not get enough iron.

Happy with this supplement. I'm a vegetarian and was using a different supplement until I realized it had very high levels of B6 which in the long term can cause nerve damage. I have no idea why they'd use that amount of B6. This supplement ticks all the boxes and my blood results have been good since I've been taking it. One a day, easy to swallow.
