Q: Does it come with one or two command sprues?

4 sprues total 3 base 1 command, the only difference between them being the top row on the command sprue where the 15 heads are replaced with 2 severed heads a pony tail a hawk, 2 standards and a big horn.

Q: How much gluing/assembly do these take...? Are these like GW mins with heads, arms, etc., or are they minimal assembly?

The figures come in the following pieces. Base, leg/waist, torso, arms (with weapons) head and extra bits if you are interested. They go together very well. I did have trouble mounting 4 to a base due to the outstretched arms and such.
