Good, but not great...
The motion sensor works as expected, but I’m honestly not sure what purpose the ultra sonic detectors serve. I have two of these installed next to our shower. I put them there thinking they would hear the sound behind the shower door and stay on, but they don’t. They’re both set to time out at 5 minutes, and they’re both set at high sensitivity. If a person stays in the shower for more than 5 minutes, they both turn off after exactly 5 minutes, every time... so if you’re thinking these will stay on because of sound detection (with no movement), that’s apparently not how these work.

Very responsive to motion
I've installed several of these Lutrons and they are very responsive to motion. For my application, I want them to be very sensitive to any motion and not exclude activation by small pets. So if you don't want fluffy or fido to turn on the lights when they walk in the room, I can't say if this is the right switch for you or not. The only negative is that setting them up, using the buttons, is not intuitive especially for the unlabeled ones that require two buttons to be pressed at once. Be aware that while these switches that do not require a neutral wire, they DO REUIRE A GROUND. If you have old wiring, these may not work for you. When first installed, give them a few minutes with the power turned on before setting them up. It seems that instead of the neutral it is using the ground but with a very small current to store charge in a capacitor to operate the switch electronics. This will probably only be an issue when you first install it and never afterwards.

dual sensor accuracy, works excellent
This switch picks up where the regular ones leave off. Dual sensors make this occupancy sensor work without false triggers. I had an off the shelf regular PIR type occupancy sensor in a small bathroom that had a heat vent and large window directly across from the PIR sensor. Not ideal conditions for a occupancy sensor... The switch used to false trigger all the time (understandably given the circumstances). This switch does not do that. This switch is highly programmable, has a lot of features and sensitivity settings. I like how easy it is to adjust all of its settings and how clear the feedback is regarding what you have selected. It uses clear LEDs on a scale, rather than the other types that use vague dial type. This thing works.

it does need a neutral wire
It says you don’t need a neutral wire because you can connect one wire to ground rather than a neutral white wire. If you don’t have a ground wire, it is just the same, it will not work. I was able to run a ground wire from a nearby box (nothing with GFI protection, which would trip). The light turns on reliably, and stays on if I am moving around at all. Working at my computer is not enough motion, so I have the choice of increasing the delay, or living with it turning off now and then.

love it
easy to install. works great. easy to program.using it to turn on garage lights when occupied. decided to by this unit for better motion detection. It will even activate as my car approaches the garage with the headlights. Perfect for me. You can set it for 1/5/15/30 minutes to stay on.update: my old Lutron occupancy switch which was PIR was acting funny. replaced it with this model in the master walk-in closet which is about 20 ft long. works great. garage one is also still great

A rare find these days, it actually works the way it's supposed to work!
Great item, have had it in use for a little over a month. Hooked up in my garage and now the four 300W CFL bulbs on the ceiling light it up whenever you enter. No more relying on the faint garage door opener light and no more 1200 watts of lights left on by the kids. I used the "learn" mode and within a couple of days the switch successfully understood at what ambient light level we wanted the lights to come on. Great sensing range (thoroughly covers a three car garage) and very simple installation.

The range of the sensor is not enough, I ...
The range of the sensor is not enough, I installed in my garage, when I"m at the opposite corner the light keeps going off. I have to start waving my hands for it to pick up the motion or heat..

Works well, wish it was rated for colder weather.
Works well, easy to program. I do wish the temperature rating were lower for official operation in a garage. It seems to do just fine anyway.
