Following abdominal surgery, my doc recommended a compression girdle. I've tried many approaches ranging from velcro wraps to fajas to girdles like this one from several brands. Of them, this is my favorite because it is the most comfortable to wear for extended periods without wanting to rage-strip, which still providing firm abdominal support/compression. It's not perfect, though. Like every other item of this nature, the top rolls down (though this less than most). It also has most of the compression at the mid-abdominal level (waist) whereas I need the support on my lower abdomen, so I have to shift it down a bit, which makes it sag in the crotch. Even so, this is the one I'd recommend post-Caesarean or tummy tuck or similar sugery.

Great fit, comfortable. Help hold things in, don't creep in your crack. Already bought more.

They are supportive, they do roll a little in the back but they work.

I have a long torso and a high waist, these are almost too short waisted on me. I use It Sticks gel to prevent the waist from rolling down, which doesn’t happen immediately, I think it happens as the fabric warms with body heat.Very easy to take on and off, and not so tight that it causes ingrown hairs or abdominal discomfort. I use it to smooth my tummy rolls under dresses, I haven’t come across a dress fabric that sticks to the fabric of this, overall pretty happy because I get compression in the right spot, I just wish the waist was may be 1.5 to 2 inches higher so it would hit my natural waist line and maybe not roll down at all?

They provide enough support and they super comfortable all day, I’m buying more their, my go to panties for every day.

I love the fit and appearance BUT the top rolls down excessively. To the point that I’m wondering if I got defective Spanx or an imposter product. I ordered the appropriate size, and they are comfortable, but I’m unrolling the top so often that it makes them impractical and pointless.I wouldn’t order these again.

I absolutely love the material—it feels incredibly soft and smooth against my skin. However, I'm really disappointed that it constantly rolls down. It defeats the whole purpose of tummy control, which is what I expected. For the price, I had high hopes. This is not it.

Ich hätte mich um ein Haar irritieren lassen von den teilweise durchwachsenen Bewertungen. Zum Glück habe ich den Slip trotzdem bestellt!Größe M (ich trage normalerweise Größe 38) passt perfekt, es schnürt nix ein und der Bauch wird schön flach gehalten, ohne dass es unangenehm wird. Es gibt keine Nähte, die extrem auftragen. Die Leibhöhe ist genau richtig. Ich habe andere Shape Wear, die an den Oberschenkeln einschneidet und die man deshalb und aufgrund der Nähte durch die Oberbekleidung sieht. Das ist hier absolut nicht der Fall.Ich werde mir sicher weitere davon bestellen!
