Tap into Balance really Rocks!
Sue Busen rocks tapping! Why do I say that? I'm glad you asked... If you've watched videos or heard speakers talk about Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), commonly referred to as Tapping, then you know they always start you at the 101 course for beginners. But that's also where they leave you. Not always a good place. Well ladies and gentlemen, Sue will take you way, way beyond 101. You'll dive deep, go far and wide. I can't say this workbook style book will turn you into an expert, but it will certainly blow you out of beginners status! You just got to try it. I hope you'll love it and learn as much as much as I did!For beginners: EFT is a form of acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments but instead of poking you with invasiveness of needles you tap on the meridians.

Tapping - EFT Easy to Learn and Put into Practice
I have read a lot of books and attended many webinars on tapping and they all left me a bit confused and not practicing Tapping.Tap into Balance is clear and concise with her scripts, on what to say. There are scripts from addressing your Fears, Building your Confidence all the way to Money and Health. To make it easy for me to have the scripts for what I was addressing I wrote them on a card so I could carry it with me. The scripts are for what you are addressing as well as affirmations for the positive, which I have not seen in previous books. If you are just exploring the world of EFT - Tapping I would recommend that you start here.

I use this book daily!
Tapping is an amazingly simple way to help calm your mind about so many things, and Ms. Busen's method of structuring her tapping scripts is unique. I love the forgiveness part she puts in the middle--remembering to forgive yourself & others...we are all doing the best we can.

Great adjunct to psychotherapy
As a clinical psychologist, I am always looking for resources that will be a helpful adjunct to psychotherapy. Ms. Busen's book is a resource that I recommend to my clients. Ms. Busen's program is brilliant at helping release emotional baggage that is stored in our bodies and minds. In this user friendly book, the author guides the us through a program designed to explore our inner emotional landscape and to remove the stress from the past so we can move into optimal wellness.

Walk and Tap
There's a saying that goes something like "Walk and Pray," meaning, do the work and pray for guidance. I have changed the saying to "Walk and Tap." Busen gives easy to follow instructions for removing obstacles that can hinder us in many different aspects of our lives. Her book has helped me personally make real progress in an area I in which was otherwise stuck. I highly recommend it.
