Someone from Dr Tung's Smart Flost must have heard the feed-back from consumers. The lastest batch of 18 flosses I bought, the cases are no longer made of plastic. Instead, they're made out of paper. The floss itself is the same as before and so is the little floss cutter. This is huge for comsumers like me who like forward thinking and environmentally conscious.

Paper casing for floss. It's flimsy and hard to use. This is NOT to product shown on web site. I couldn't get Amazon to either refund my money or replace the product

Love this product for clean teeth. Great flavor. Easy to use dispenser. My only complaint is the amount of plastic used for 30 yards of floss.

Pricey, but strong, non-slip and not too fine, so as to hurt your gums or fingertips.

My hygienist recommended Dr. Tung's, and I'm glad she did! Fits between tightly-spaced teeth, then the fibers expand to clean the spaces. No wax, so easy on the fingers. I happen to like cardamom very much, so the flavor is ideal (but not overbearing)!

It's gentle on gums but gets them cleaner than other floss. I wish it was a little less expensive, but it's worth it.

If you liked woven floss (which is no longer available), then, you'll probably like this floss as a good substitute for it.
