This protector also helps keep the slices thin with uniform thickness, without added effort.
- This black ham cover is one size fits all. Made in Spain. It is very resistant and light, allowing the ham/shoulder to breathe and maintain its properties. The ham cover is made of smooth canvas that is 50% cotton and 50% polyester. The border is made of bias 50% cotton and 50% polyester, and the string is 100% cotton.
- The ham tongs by Jamonprive are made of stainless steel and are perfect for serving thin slices of Serrano ham, Ibérico ham or Italian prosciutto, in addition to all other types of cold cuts (cured meat or sausage such as pork loin, chorizo and salchichón, mortadella, salami, etc.).
