Q: Hand orientation:left. What does that mean?

It simply means the gloves are "handed". To fit the right and left hand. Have to say, having used these for a while now, I don't particularly like them. I find the more simple glove type much better without all of the strapping around the wrist. My hands sweat quite a bit in these and I'm always relieved to get them off after a workout.

Q: There is no sizing guide. What do the various sizes S, M, L, XL correspond to?

There is within the pictures of the item, scroll through them and it’s the second to last. I ordered a Medium as per the guide but had to send back for a small - I do think they’re generous with sizing.

Q: Hi can someone help advise on sizing. ie these are for a 9.5-10inch circumference hand. what size should I order?

I bought the XL size and I've just measured them to about 8 inch circumference. To give you an idea, I'm 6ft2in and about 14 and a half stone. I would say my hand is average for that size and my gloves fir perfectly and are very good to use in the gym.
