Save your money. Go to Walmart and get 2 better chairs for the price of this one.
The chair itself is ok. Thats really it. An ok chair for over 200 dollars. Support is fine. Assembly is just about like any other put-it-together-yourself deal, its easy if you can read any language provided in instructions. Comfort, well thats pretty subjective, but I'm having a hard time getting used to it from a cheaper Walmart mainstays midback. Which I honestly found easier to sit up in, because it didn't feel like I was sitting upside down in a racecar seat. Arms are a little wobbly but I guess that's to be expected when they only have 1 bolt in the seat rest and 1 bolt in the back.. needed 1 more in each for stability, but I suppose 1 is to be expected when it needs to pivot to recline. Which is poor design, and will loosen with time, after the tool has been misplaced. I have a groin injury that makes sitting in any chair difficult, so I'm trying to write an objective review excluding the typical complaints I have with any chair, and the absolute fact that it's taking me a week to get used to this one, and I'm still not even halfway comfortable. It took me several months after purchase to even be able to sit properly in a reclined, racecar style chair.. I'm a relatively small guy, 5'5", this chair seemed like it was for an average sized person, but yet the arms are high, the seat is huge, the levers for adjusting height and incline are basically unreachable unless I fold my arm uncomfortably underneath the arm rest to reach them, feels like I'm reaching to the floor, but they seem to work fine. But the fact that I can't just reach up and around the arm rest really bothers me. I wasn't aware I needed 5 foot arms just to recline. I mentioned the chair itself feels huge to a small guy like me, but the foot rest is tiny. Doesn't extend far enough for my heels to rest, only an uncomfortable portion of my calve. And you can't really spread your legs very far, as the foot rest is barely a foot across. Its also pretty uncomfortable to unfold when you're sitting in the chair, I feel like this is true, groin injury or not, I shouldn't have to raise my knees to my head to get the footrest out. Now let's talk about how the logo appears on the neck pillow in the picture, but on the headrest of the chair in reality, so that when you put the pillow on, it covers your logo. Like really? Thats a pretty silly thing to straight up create a false advertisement for. Like I don't care, but lying about something as simple as that really isn't a good sign that your product will appear in reality as advertised. Overall I don't suppose I can be disappointed, because I didn't sit in the seat until it was too late to return it. So ill just leave a brutally honest review on a chair that appears to be high quality, but you could probably get a better, more ergonomic chair at your local Walmart, for half the price. I literally did just that. I bought the same chair I had originally worn out, and now I can barely sit in either 3 of them with my injury. I basically prefer to stand than sit in either chair. Now here's the main reason I even decided to write a review: The fact that it takes the leg strength of 10 body builders just to move the dang thing across the floor while you're sitting in it. Like I cannot fathom the leg strength the designers of this chair have, you all must squat 300lbs because I cannot push this thing with my legs. It doesn't pivot at the base while the wheels roll with the push, like literally any other desk chair, no, you manage to move this thing an inch, sitting or standing and pushing, and the legs will turn a specific direction, so if you were to want a chair leg between your own legs, good luck, because you'll never get centered at your desk with this thing without working yourself out and feeling like you just got done with leg day. I can't even use my arms to pull myself in it because I literally just pull my desk towards me, instead of move the chair. Did the incredible hulk design this thing? Because its very heavy, and not very smartly designed. I tried to push this thing back away from me when I get up, and its so top heavy, and the wheels so tight I just push it over. Like seriously? This is a 50 dollar chair for 200+, you sure fooled me with the cool design but actual functionality is really very poor. I'd give 1 start, but it just looks cool. Wish it would actually roll and function like a desk chair

Definitely a decent chair for the cost
First, I've had this chair for a little over a year now. It was pretty easy to set up, and is comfy. Back padding is adjustable to pretty much your whole back and it's great since I recently got a pretty bad back injury at work and needed the support suddenly.I will say a bit after the year passed the gas spring attachment that connects the chair to the hydraulic lift snapped (And yes, I was on my game stream when it happened. lol)Customer support was STELLAR. I send them a pic of the bracket, and they sent me a new gas spring bracket and hydraulic lift with zero hassle. I didn't ask for the hydraulic lift, but after taking the old bracket off I realized it's probably a good thing I got sent a new lift because there's no way I'm going to be able to take that lift out of the bracket. At least not with my back all messed up and unable to put any force behind the removal. The chair stability itself is really good. When I'd sit on my old chair (The one I had to use while this was being replaced) it has like a 1 inch drop. This one has no drop down just from sitting down.I'd purchase from them again, as I'm definitely NOT spending 400$ on one of those "High class" gaming chairs that are basically just selling their well marketed name that isn't worth the cost difference.4.5 out of 5 stars for sure. Arms are wobbly after a few days, like someone else stated it's probably due to only having one bolt to attach it, but not like your arms are on the arm rests while on your computer anyway. Also, some of the color fabric is coming out the front of my chair where my thighs are but I'm assuming that's probably due to wearing my work pants when I get home and them rubbing on the material.

its not easy to recline it back down
the instructions are pretty tutorial, should oy take you about 40 minutes to an hour to start, figure out and complete the entire build, I DID, lose the (Q) thing, but im able to replace it using a flat screw or a similar screw, as seen in the photosWasnt able to screw all of the (backboard piece), but am able to still use it by just screwing the 1 of three

Great support for a lesser price
This chair is a great value for the money and does what it is supposed to do. Same strong base, wheels, and air support you find on higher priced office chairs. Same design, sewing and material quality you find on chairs at twice the price. ,But, be aware that you get what you pay for... the features of this chair are about half the padding and frame support as are standard office chairs at twice the price. The larger office chairs at twice the price FEEL more secure because they have 2x more upper frame support and padding. Don't get me wrong, this is a quality chair for $130... you get what you pay for. I weigh 195 pounds and I feel that this is a good chair up to 230 pounds. Beyond that weight, the chair could be stretched beyond it limits. Generally, it's a great visual design and this is half the size of a regular office chair.

Easy Assembly...Get What You Pay For I Guess
My old (cheap IKEA) office chair finally broke. I couldn't bring myself to spend hundreds of dollars on some of the more expensive "gaming" chairs out there. I also didn't have the desire to spend thousands on one of the fancier office chair models.Picked this one up off Amazon for a great price. The assembly is very easy, the chair seems pretty sturdy. It *does* make sounds when shifting around in it, but nothing has collapsed or broken...so seems like a win so far.BIGGEST ISSUE: My chair will randomly lower itself. It seems like it's only when you sit on it in specific positions/weight distribution. But 2-3 times I day I have to get up and raise it again. It's not a big deal...especially for something that was a lower price...I chalk it up to getting what you pay for...but I think it gets a few stars off. Even the cheapest of office chairs don't have that flaw...so I'd have thought this company could QC to prevent it.
