I have used this dye before on lighter hair, but went back to darker split hair. After using hair dye remover I ended up with half ginger patchy and half black hair. It looked awful and I decided dark green would look great. Aside from the green being patchy on the lighter side, I love the colour. However, this product STAINS! Do NOT have a shower while washing this out! It stained my skin green, I looked like mini hulk! I managed to scrub most of it of my skin, however my pubic hair now have a lovely green hue to it, despite showering twice since yesterday 😂 love the dye, but do not wash it out stood in the shower, and wear gloves while washing out too!

This is the best colour for dark hair in this brand. I tried quite a few colours of the brand and, although I am sure they all work on light hair, this is the best colour for dark hair. The brand itself is the best I tried for semi permanent colours. Excellent buy.

Now people could think that "of course it's hair dye, it's gonna stain stuff" and that is what I thought when I read the other reviews and bought it anyways. I mean, it does get my hair green, and it even works with lighter brown hair...But it gets everything else green as well- the bathroom, your hands, your body (yes I have stains from the water with dye running down my body) your nails....and it Won't. Stop. Staining. It's been a week, my nails are still green, my hair still "sheds" dye to my skin, my ears are green, my sleeping top is green, and that is with *dry hair* mind you. I would recommend it for its well, dyeing power but hell, it is supposed to dye your *hair* and that only once! I live in halls and now a little nervous about the stains in the bathroom. If you are buying this, get some bleach as well.

This was so easy to apply! I ordered two for my waist-length thick hair and used just over one. I previously had permanent purple dye on my hair that I stripped out, which left me with orange hair. I put this dye straight over the top of the orange and it's covered it really well. It smells super nice too, and my hair is really soft still after using it. No complaints, and I cannot wait to try the other colours!I've since had my hair cut and use less than one bottle each time. Great value for money
