Ok I eat one it’s a seed however not a sunflower or something tasty like it. It has benefits everyone needs to make their way through the palate processes of good health (ya know what I mean or not?). Like a good natural science project. so I will through a few seeds in the ground and hope for a miracle grown.Very much like this purchase.

These are perfect
Can't say anything about the flavor since we planted them in the ground, but the leaves are great. My wife swears by the health benefits of the moringa trees. We are so happy with the product that I built her a green house to protect them from our winter storms.

This seeds they don't select the good ones.A lots never grow.
