The product just stopped working, a few months after the warranty period.

Followed all the set up instructions to the letter (having been caught out before) but it didn't work. V disappointed as have had Krups before and was very good. Not going to risk it again though!

There was no brewing from the machine

My last Espresso machine was also a Krups, but it failed after eight years. I am on a low income, so couldn't replace it, and for the last six months I have been using a cafetiere I bought off Amazon for a tenner.I finally managed to get enough spare cash to buy one, and it was amazing to taste the espresso again, I missed that flavour ! Cafetiere's make very bitter coffee, even if I only let it brew for a minute it was always bitter - it was so good to taste the flavour from this machine.The previous machine had a few issues, and this one solves them perfectly. Espresso, Cappucino & latte all easily made and great. So far, after a month's use, no problems and just pure lovely coffee.The first one I received was a dud, the pump sounded like it was working but no water was getting pumped through - this one worked fine. When I was in business I expected a 2-5% failure rate, and reordered as all the Krups products I have purchased previously have been great and lasted a long time. My current burr grinder was bought at the same time as the previous coffee machine and is 8 years old and working fine.

Purchased this machine via Amazon's Warehouse at considerable discount and so far (1 week in) I am very pleased with the results this produces.Pros:1). Incredibly simple to make just about any coffee.2). The display clearly shows the percentage of coffee to milk being used when creating (nice touch).3). Plenty of customisable options - strength, heat temp and volume.4). Even has a favourites settings for customised coffee - just touch the favourites button once customised.5). Milk based drinks are so simple to make (the latte is a real winner) - just insert the supplied tube in and drop the wand end into some milk.6). Dimensions of the unit is very small - so fits well under kitchen units however, water tank filling is a problem when stored this way as removal and filling is from the top back of the machine.7). So far, it's been easy to clean.Cons:1). Not great for hot chocolate fans as only seems to have one frothy milk setting - which doesn't get hot enough for me. You can increase machines temperature but this didn't seem to help for this.2). Water tank removes straight upwards (and needs space to do it) so doesn't really fit under kitchen units easily. Workaround is to pull out and either fill directly or remove (but does mean pulling it out each time).3). Waste water tray is quite small so will need emptying regularly and notification looks to be based on numbers of coffee and not if the tray is actually full.Other comments:1). Unsure about the descaling options but it looks quite simple in Krupps videos.2). As it's a warehouse unit, this didn't come with the free sample water tank filter (that a new one would have) however we only fill our coffee machines using filtered water anyway.Conclusion:Very simple, Very neat machine. Blows my old Delonghi out of the water for the money. Thankyou Amazon!

Regalata per Natale, dopo 3 mesi di utilizzo regolare giornaliero devo dire che funziona bene. Facile da usare, le spie indicano quando manca acqua, quando bisogna svuotare il serbatoio del caffè usato e della pulizia. A questo proposito, dopo 3 mesi non si è ancora resa necessaria la pulizia. La manopola permette di selezionare la "lunghezza" del caffè, ma penso sia predisposta per un mercato estero. Per avere un caffè espresso io l'ho impostata sul minimo, altrimenti esce un caffè decisamente lungo, praticamente un caffè americano. Il caffè, in ogni caso, è buono, anche se dipende dalla miscela in chicchi che si utilizza. Io la consiglio.

Minor malfunctioning from the very beginning

Un très bon café ☕ avec choix du degré de mouture ainsi que la force du café. Nettoyage simple en suivant bien les étapes.Choix simple de la grandeur du café,du ristretto au café super long.Excellente machine simple et efficace. Je recommande. Mon fils regrette d avoir acheté une machine de la même marque toute électronique, 600 euros plus cher, et finalement des choix plus compliqué qu un simple bouton à tourner pour adapter le café au goût de chacun.
