I installed under my 102'seems to improve my receive not sure about transmit, also I did notice a reduction in static and noise while driving in the city.

This us a great product to use for a ground plane, but please know that the radial length as is are so short to be virtually neglible on all HF frequencies to include the CB band. If you want the radials to work at CB frequencies, elongate them to be about 1/8 to 1/4 wavelength long (~2.75 - 5.50 meters).

Well i was a bit skeptical about this product,but when i installed it on a 102 whip on top of my house it gave me the wow factor.I really didnt know if this would work with my homemade antenna but it did.My SWR readings went down and i am receiving better than ever. Also transmitting got better to but still had to add radials on my antenna, but only needed 4 radials plus this to reach by transmitting over 30 miles no amp.My SWR reading is at 1.3 and thats great, I will say this helped big time.I recommend this to all This did help me to talk more miles than antenna normally does.i put it right where the antenna connects to my mirror mount.Wow what you can do when making your own antenna when you understand how it works.Oh yeah i didnt need the spring for 102 whip antenna because of this.

The very night I added this to my setup I heard more skip than ever before. All 40 plus some USB/LSB on a Galaxy 949 dual final. Maybe coincidence best night ever for skip? Maybe not.

Brought my SWR'S from 1.3 to 1. Minor, maybe even unnoticeable difference, but it did make a recordable difference. It did exactly what I purchased it for.
