In the pictures, these handles look very much like real exercise equipment, that is, like handles that we have purchased elsewhere in the past. However, they are like miniature versions of those previously purchased handles. They are way too small, of very weak construction; the straps are too small, the rings for fastening are tiny, the handle width is just barely enough for me, and the handle diameter is so small that it doesn't feel like a real handle. The weight, therefore the material and construction of the handles is insubstantial. I highly recommend avoiding these handles, despite the low cost. They really aren't worth two dollars apiece except perhaps for emergency use if one of your real handles breaks. They are more like children's toy handles rather than "replacement" handles.

I recently had shoulder joint replacement surgery and am rebuilding strength with resistance bands. The band sets only come with one pair of handles. This set of 8 is a comparable size, built well and makes switching to another exercise quick and easy. I don't think I would use them for anything heavier than resistance band work, like using them on my lat pull-down/tricep push-down machine, once my shoulder is recovered enough. But I highly recommend them for working with bands.

These are good quality but they made my bands too long to use.
