Q: what is the largest size you can do.? possibly 44"x 88" ? is this something that can be done?

If you have a steady hand you could definitely run this next to another roll. I use it on some of my fitness equipment but I have used it for my Dad’s handicap ramp. It has great adhesive on back!

Q: Is this waterproof? Looking to put it down at the bottom of an inflatable pool.

I doubt it would last over time if you did that, seeing that it's made for skateboards & they arent meant to get wet - this likely isnt made to withstand being purposed underwater especially something like a pool where corrosive chemicals could be added. AND you'll ruin the bottom of the inflatable pool, surely theres a better way than grip tape? Good luck
