I don’t usually write reviews, but I absolutely love these gummies! I was having hot flashes all throughout the day. My night sweats were terrible and happening almost every night. I had to buy mini handheld fans to carry with me throughout the day and purchased a fan with a remote for my night sweats. I was having mood swings and was extremely irritable. A friend told me about these gummies and I ordered them immediately. I started taking two a day and started seeing a slight decrease in the amount of hot flashes in about a week. After three weeks of consistently taking these gummies every morning, the hot flashes and night sweats were gone. I also had a bonus benefit! My libido increased significantly which made my husband extremely happy. I would highly recommend these gummies to anyone who is experiencing the same symptoms. I've taken this vitamin for about a year and it's a great natural support for women going through menopause. Before taking this vitamin I was experiencing all the symptoms of menopause, night sweats ( the worst literally felt like my body was on fire); wait gain, and mood swings. After taking these vitamins for about a year the night sweats have subsided, I've lost weight and maintained it, and I've more control over my emotions. Drawback is if you forget to take them the symptoms start coming back.

Helps with hot flashes a little not with moods though. Worth a try laidies!

I've tried many different supplements to help with the hot flashes and anytime sweats. I've found success in a few products but this isn't one of them... if anything it made them worse. I've been using this a week now and I'm having more hot flashes and anytime sweats than I was before starting this. I know a week isn't alot of time but I can't handle it making them worse. I will be gifting this to someone else in hopes that it works for them since I can't get a refund.

This is a great product. I would say you got rid of 80% of my hot flashes and for me that’s a lot because I get them constant. No bad side effects. Take it the same time every day a great product to relief, hot flashes, moodiness, and other menopause afflictions.
