Beware
I wanted to love this dish, I certainly love the brand, and I so nearly did love this dish-- until I baked my first pie in it. A showstopper pie for a dinner party, I needed to turn the pie out onto a dish and then on to the stand, something I've done a thousand times without incident-- until now.The dish is heavy and well constructed, and very much non-stick, no issue there. But when the pie starts to bake and the crust goes into that initial melty phase, it seeps into all those little holes, then solidifies, cementing the bottom crust in place. No amount of coaxing would free it. I ended up with a ruined dinner, able to plate up only scoops of slop instead of slices of pie. And so cemented into place was my bottom crust that it took me 15 minutes to carefully scrape out the ruined crust.Hugely upsetting. I will keep the dish for certain bread things, but won't be making pie in it again.100% do NOT recommend.

Perfect Pie!
I am chuffed to bits with the pie I made. The base was cooked perfectly and the pastry was delicious. I blind baked the base for 18 minutes before filling. None of the filling soaked through like some reviewers found. I definitely recommend these tins. Make sure to dry them with a cloth. If you leave them on the drainer they will rust.

AMAZING pie pan, no more soggy bottoms!
I've been using this pan to make my apple pies, and every single time (I've tried 4 times so far), there hasn't been a single time where I've had soggy bottom, and I've added a LOT of apples (in the photos there may have been 15 apples??). It may not be the prettiest, but for a super flakey, crusty pie crust bottom, this pan does an amazing job. It's also very non-stick, I haven't had a single pie where the crust is stuck to the pan yet. I've made sure to only use plastic/silicone utensils to remove the pie pieces to hopefully let the non-stick last longer! I am so happy with this purchase.

Great quality non-stick baking tin
I was quite surprised y the weight of this tin, it is definitely heavier than other tins I have this size. I washed and dried the tin prior to using it and did the ultimate test and that was to use it for baking bread without greasing or dusting with flour. The photo I have included with this review is of the tin after I turned the bread out, you can see there are no sticky spots and the loaf turned straight out. I am delighted with this tin and it has been used 3 or 4 times now with the same outcome. In my opinion, this is a tin that is worth every penny. It is a good quality tin and it doesn't stick. I would definitely recommend it.

Best pie tin ever
A very sturdy and non-stick pie tin that produces excellent golden crispy pastry, especially when the pastry case is blind-baked first using baking beads. No soggy bottoms here. The tin being a deep fill design, I have produced the best pies ever that are extremely popular with my family! Well worth paying a little more for quality.
