This book was in fact purchased for my son who is in sales. I had read this book and the previous, earlier version when I was in business and found them both full of excellent and practical advice. This book is well worth purchasing, particularly if you are in sales, account management or in business generally. Highly recommended.

All H.S.ers and "collegians" need to read this book or it's predecessor. You get so much helpful knowledge and perspective about the "ins & outs" of the business world on all levels.
