The best tin you will buy!
My husband makes Lemon Drizzle cakes for our shop and I often help with the washing up. We bought two tins previously and they are the best. The loaves turn out easily without sticking and washing them is easy. We do not use the dishwasher because a) there is no need and b) it might ruin the surface - why spoil something that works so well. Because of the pandemic we have been waiting for them to become available again so that he can cook more than two at a time - happy days.

Quality product.
Ideal fit for our Sage mini oven. End ‘handle’ assists with removal from the oven. Sturdy, easy to clean and most importantly, turns out great Yorkshire puddings.

Small muffins that come our cleanly🎂
The media could not be loaded. We were keen to try this muffin tin because it's got a ceramic rather than Teflon non-stick coating. The ceramic coating did not disappoint. The mini muffins came straight out with no problems, even though we didn't grease the tin in advance. These are a smaller than normal "half-size" muffin tins, so beware that it easy to slightly overcook cakes.Being ceramic, the surface is less likely to be damaged when extracting food than a Teflon surface, but you should still take care. It is also dishwasher safe.It is heavy steel, which keeps the tins rigid during baking, but also means that they can contract when cooling and hold onto your baked products.

Perfect loaf tin
This is a durable and quality 2lb ceramic loaf tin priced at £10.25. I have used the tray from this range and I can say that this loaf tin continues the high standard. The non stick coating allows you to use less grease to obtain the same results so much healthier. The raised edges allow it to be handled much easier and remove from oven with no issues. The diamond dimpled pattern allows air to flow much easier during baking. I used it to bake a peanut-butter and banana loaf, this tin was a perfect size. The loaf was easy to remove from the tin when done and with soap and water a gentle clean was all that was needed. It feels very sturdy and has a slight weight to it without being too heavy. I will update with any issues from continued use.

Mini-muffin tray, not a muffin tray
We have quite a few Masterclass products and rate them highly. This is as good as any of them, quality-wise, but is a bit of an oddity.Nine is an unusual number, for a start, and the cups aren’t big enough for supermarket-style muffins. We have three lots of muffin cases, e.g. Lakeland, and none of them will fit in these cups. They all fit perfectly in our old muffin tray. The cups are about 57mm diameter at the top, 30mm at the bottom and 29mm deep. The coating is excellent, so you may not need paper cases and could make mini muffins without cases. Muffins do look more attractive in cases though. Perhaps suitable cases are available but I haven't found any in a quick search. It’s certainly a quality tin and may be suitable for mini muffins or mini cupcakes, as long as 9 are enough, but it seems rather odd to me. I'll attach a photo comparing it with Masterclass's superb 'proper' muffin tin.

High quality but small cupcake size!
First impression is this ceramic 9 hole muffin tin is very robust and seems of very high quality. The only downside is that the actual holes are smaller than the usual muffin tin. The holes are only 2.5 inches wide this makes them smaller than the normal cupcake tin.I made cupcakes in them and did not grease the tin as it states non stick, and wanted to see if this is true.It was a bit disappointing as it did slightly stick on the bottom of the tin.I am not sure if I would use this tin that much as the cupcake is really only two mouthfuls. Shame as the tin is very good quality.Would recommend if you want small cupcakes.
