The template and frame are slightly beveled (__//__) to fit together securely and keep pressure on the template so it stays firmly against the fabric. If the template raises at all the ruler gets caught on the back and won’t move. Not a good set up, but possible... until the instructions say to reverse the template to complete the pattern. It does NOT fit! (__/\__) It is impossible to use this way. You would need a second template with the reverse design. It also slides all over the place. I had to add grips to the frame before I could use it at all. I’ll have to make due with what I have, but I’m mad because I wanted the heart border specifically.

Warning. Although the product reads free returns, the return IS NOT FREE. The seller’s return shipping label does not cover the $27.50 to ship back to China. The foot broken upon first use now the seller is expecting me to jump through hoops with endless emails and requesting pictures. Product is cheap plastic.

The frame and template slide together on top of the fabric preventing the sewer from moving the fabric during free motion quilting. The frame and template need a non slide bottom surface or buy a good grip tape.

The temples are harder to use than the video shows. However, after practicing on several small projects and putting the pads on the bottom it has become easier. Still not ready to try it on the large quilt, but after 1 or 2 more practice pieces, I’m going to give it a try.

The templates themselves are very well made and will work nicely. The frame is useless. Was hoping for the frame to give easier control for arthritic hands, but the corners are cut incorrectly and none of the templates fit.

I cant wait untill I get to use them, but have to finish the quilt first

Templete will not fit inside the handle no matter what we do.
