I have an inordinate amount of anxiety related to selecting a purse. It keeps me from choosing one. It's a big decision. I mean, this thing will accompany me everywhere. People judge a woman by her purse. The pressure to get it right is tremendous. And then, will it hold all my stuff? Will the whole load spill out if I drop it? Will I be able to find a pen, my cell phone, a bandaid when I'm put on the spot, or will it all have disappeared into the purse vortex?My old purse has had it. I have an event to attend, and cannot take the old bag with me. I have stood before the racks of purses in the department stores, staring like a deer in the headlights, unable to make a move. So off to Amazon I went.This looked like a good bag, but how can you really KNOW?The Brown Truck Fairy came while I was away today, leaving the package at the door.It was packaged very nicely. There was a light fabric drawstring bag enclosing the purse, which was also enclosed in plastic wrap and every bit of metal covered with packing foam and taped. Lots of packets of silica to keep it all dry, too.And for the bag? Better than I could have hoped for at a forty dollar price point. I cannot believe that I got something of such good quality for the money I spent. I am thrilled. And more than a little relieved.Also, the buckles. Yes, the buckles must be latched before using the purse, but the two main buckles have press release buttons underneath them, which are hidden when the buckle is fastened, but are easy to press and release the straps. The very small pocket on the front has a traditional buckle, no release underneath. Plenty of zippered storage, but no pocket that is cell-phone sized, which isn't an issue, because the compartments are divided in a way to keep everything RIGHT THERE, so you can see it all when you open the purse.It is a very nice bag!

I bought this bag to use as an everyday purse.I have a 4 year old and 1 year old so I wanted something with enough space to hold a small thing of wipes and a diaper for those times I don't want to haul the diaper bag around. It has plenty of space to do just that. I have multiple wallets I switch between of different sizes and they all fit perfectly in here, which is another major plus.It is really spacious and holds a lot without feeling huge or bulky. I dont feel like I'm carrying around a brief case, but I also dont feel that I have to leave any essentials out of my bag.It is absolutely beautiful. The leather seems to be high quality.There was a note that came with it explaining the process of how the leather was dyed, and that it will soften and darken over time. I am really glad that was included so I wont be alarmed as it starts to soften and darken.Over all I absolutely love it especially for the price.Will definitely buy more of their products in the future.

In the 40 plus years of carrying a purse, I've never had so many compliments about my purse. I got it for a trip to Ireland. It held everything I needed to carry, including my phone and 7" Kindle with ease. It has multiple pockets with zippers, both inside and out, dividers inside to keep important things accessible. The strap is long and has a buckle to adjust it. I was able to wear it over my shoulder or crossbody comfortably. The outside flap has buckles but hidden under the buckles are quick release snaps to open easily. I felt secure knowing that it would be difficult for someone to pickpocket this purse. The leather is thick and a beautiful tan color. While in Ireland, it rained A LOT. My purse got soaked but never leaked and the leather was unharmed. The workmanship is great. The seams are tight and strong. This purse is beautiful and well made. It's style is classic and will stand the test of time. I expect this purse to last me for many years.

Spectacular! I needed to replace a satchel I bought from a Scottish company. I had that satchel for around 12 years. I was going to buy again from that same company until I found this one. The previous bag was similar in material and size. So when I found this one, for half the price I paid for the other one, I jumped on it. What’s the worst that could happen? I could have hated it and sent it back. No money loss. Thanks amazon, and amazon retailers. Anywho, the bag is so awesome. It had the quick release snaps, trust me, you want these.The compartments are great. I just have so many more than I used to have I hide stuff from myself by accident sometimes. lol. Small price to pay, too much space. I’m a comedian and carry around a composition size spiral notebook, my wallet, pens , two other smaller notebooks, an inhaler and a box of mints. I still have room for crap. I’ll try and add a photo later.

Works great so far, looks darn good. Not getting torn up or worn despite nearly every day use. And funny thing: People outright stop and compliment me on this bag. It's just something off of Amazon, I tell them. I'm honestly surprised I get stopped.And it's solid. Now, I know "solid" sounds like tepid praise, but seriously, I think I'd have to outright abuse this bag - and I mean hard - before something will rip or tear. It's just simply not showing any wear.Nitpicks? I don't think it'll fit the 12" iPad pro. Big deal. Also, the leather is thick enough to where it sort of insulates you where it sits against your body if you're carrying it around on a hot day. But what bag doesn't?Why not 5 stars? Personal idiosyncrasy: I really wanted a bag with snaps instead of buckles. That's it. Otherwise, there's nothing wrong with it.

I love messenger bags, but they’re getting harder and harder to find. I was delighted when I found Komal and Passion Leather. I can’t speak highly enough about this bag. The cross strap is comfortable and adjustable, and the bag itself fits nicely on your hip. Inner compartments keep your valuables in place. You can’t find a better messenger bag; this is a steal. Snatch one of these up before they raise the price. ;)
