While these are meant for cake prep, I use these when I grow my own wheatgrass. I use square trays and use these in place of awful foil to capture any water leaks when I water my wheatgrass. I wish I'd purchased these long ago, they are wonderfully amazing. I love them. A tad expensive, but hell, they've already paid for themselves. Truly, these are perfection. Perfect size, perfection functionality, perfect everything.

I used to line my air fryer metal pan with aluminum foil because it was so hard to clean. Then I saw the dimensions of this baking mat and I found out that it fits Perfectly! And cleaning is a breeze! I’m ordering another one for my friend who owns the same air fryer. Best gift ever! You must try this out if you have a Cusinart air-fryer.
