Does this control module include wiring instruction for a safe installation?

Our 36dv quit. the pilot fires, but the flame won't ignite. i've replaced the pilot assembly and that didn't work. is it this part or the ipi valve?

Can you tell me if the wiring module comes with the wiring harness?

I have this unit and it turns on / off fine but i have no control over the flame height. What remotes will work with this?
