Easy to mold and comfortable to bite down on when trying to hit a new PR. Great durability and value

The molding process went pretty well for me. Had to do a little bit of manual manipulation but nothing too crazy. The first time I wore it was on leg day and I did appreciate being able to really clench down and power through. I think the real turn off for some people is that your jaw is going to ache the next day or two of you aren’t used to using something like this. Eventually, like with any other muscle, your jaw muscles will get used to it and A chiseled jaw will turn any 6 into a 9. I’m able to breathe, talk, and drink water with it in, no problem. The only other setback is you look pretty goofy walking around the gym with this thing in your mouth. If vanity isn’t really your thing you’ll probably be fine. Just remember to take it out before you talk to your gym crush..

First time user of any mouth protection. I recently had noticed with some exercises, I was clenching my teeth, so I decided to get a "boil and bite" style guard before I caused dental issues. So I'd say be careful when lowering the guard in the cold water, I caused mine to shorten the spacer too much, so I end up stretching it to get it to protect my teeth on both sides. And wow that first time use, gross! It tasted so bad, like I had plastic in my mouth, because of course I did! Didn't taste as bad on second use, and I assume like any mouth guard you end up with saliva hanging around your mouth so, I needed a trash can around to receive my spit when I took the guard out. I also notice it says its only good for 80 hours usage? I don't know how hard and fast that rule is, I'm not looking for power, just protection.

I have a problem of grinding my teeth at night . My friend at work told about weight lifting bite guard so I bought it .I watched video on how to form it to your teeth bite down and felt good . I like think material so bite down on it doesn't break and Relax muscle on jaw . I give 5 stars and works for me and try it out .

Not happy with product. Uncomfortable, causing gag reflex to tigger.

Really difficult to get a good fit. I had to redo it 3 times before I got to an acceptable mold. Has worked with lifting weights but remains to be seen if it helps jaw pain in the long term.

If you lift heavy you want to use these. Comfortable, easy to use mouth guard a d you will feel a difference in your lifts

I’d rather lift with this than not. Idc if I’m doing 10lbs curls I want to wear my mouthpiece. Beat investment I’ve made when lifting.
