I do not recommend this shampoo chair ‼️First of all, the chair Did not come with instructions. It took weeks after receiving the chair to get the instructions. Next, all the hardware that comes with it is the cheapest of the cheap! I had to buy stronger replacements for all the pipe equipment. The flex pipe had cracks in it and the leg lifter was broken. Had to pay move money to get that fixed as well. I will not be purchasing anything else from this chair providers.

The media could not be loaded.  Arrived with missing parts , damaged parts and super uncomfortable .

Shampoo bowl too long. Neck rest in bowl does not meet up right with backrest of chair. Company not helping to fix the problem. Their dimension say that its 20.7"x20.7"Wx12.4D . The sink we got is 20.7"x23.5"Wx12.5D. It's says is round, but ours is egg shaped, so it seats out to far pass the back rest. First shipment came damaged, so had to wait for them to reship. I've been in the salon business since 1983 and have to say this is not a good product. Wish we had never purchased it. Many of my clients are seniors and would never be able to use this equipment. Really disappointed in the maker and Amazon

When buying stuff online like this is hard to see or feel the comfort. The back of the chair is not adjustable can’t go up and down I was missing a part so could not use the foot rest. Disappointed
