Wonderful alpha lipoic acid source.
Wonderful plant source of Omega 3,6,9 EFA Complex. Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) and gamma lipoic acid (GLA) source with no fish burps or after taste. Great product and easy to swallow, but a bit large in size. Still, it doesn't get stuck when I take one it by itself.

Great supplement for fighting hair loss.
I'm using evening primrose oil for hair loss and thinning with good results. The flax seed oil is a bonus. The liquid caps are pretty large, similar to fish oil liquid caps. I'm using this along with biotin, and my hair looks healthy and the strands are thicker. I have new hair coming in! I definitely recommend using this supplement as part of an arsenal to combat hair loss. Remember that any significant results take time. I've been using this supplement for about 4 months which is the norm.

Great Deal, Good Product
I ordered these through subscribe and save as my digestive disease doctor thought I should take 2 flax seed oil tablets twice a day. I got a better price on these than I did when I bought Nature's Bounty in grocery store on sale. The look identical and amount of flax seed oil is the same.

Excellent for banishing night-sweats!
I started taking these about a month ago because I heard it would help with hormonal night-sweats. I noticed a difference the very first night! Also noticed my skin has improved - smoother and brighter - so bonus! These are LARGE capsules, so just beware if you struggle with pills. Will definitely continue to order.

Great supplement for the skin too
I have been using for a couple of months and have noticed that my skin has been completely clear, even through those days of the month. I have not changed anything else in my diet/supplements so I know it is this product. AMAZING! It helps me with my menstrual cramps quite a bit as well.
