Supplied with tempered clear glass lens. Special lens types such as spread lenses and UV lenses can be used. Can be ceiling or wall mounted. 120V transformer in CANOPY (1 watt Min load to accommodate LED lamps). smooth and continuous dimming to 10% when installed with an electronic low voltage dimmer. Accepts one 12V LED Mr16 or halogen Mr16 lamp up to 50W Max. Size name internal lamp included with 808LED version, lamp sold separately on the 808 non-led version. Standards: UL & cul listed for damp locations.

Great light for artwork
Its getting hard to find true MR16 halogen fixtures as most have gone to LED. I have not had good luck getting an LED to have the right warm color and also the narrow beam that is great for artwork. Pair this with an MR16 halogen spot bulb (not flood) and you will get a nice tight beam. Best with a dimmer. I have now installed two of these and very happy with them. Easy to install as well.

This light was nice, but for the price
This light was nice, but for the price, we found something a bit more modern looking. This was our second choice though. Ended up returning it and going with a cheaper choice. In person, it IS nice quality! Wish that wire was more hidden!

Installed these in our kitchen. Work great. We had a dimmer on the lights we replaced, so we had to install an 'electronic low voltage dimmer switch' for this.
