If you are really into buying lots of indregients for smoothies this is for you however I wanted something easier with foods in my local supermarket and that wasn't this book. It also recommends adding water or milk to smoothies that are too thick this just diluted the fruity flavours and the milk in fruity smoothies were not great. I added fresh fruit juice and this was much nicer.

Amazing!
This smoothie recipe book is amazing! We make different smoothies almost every day. All of the ingredients are easy to find at the grocery store. I love it that every recipe has the calorie content. It also specifies what the smoothie is good for. So glad I got this!
