Piece garbage, and cost you to return!
Don’t buy this, the edge are raw finished cut my fingers, don’t know why the bowl why so cheaply made, I can buy this size bowl from dollar store with nice thicker and smooth finished edges, this is just a piece garbage and don’t know how do they get such good reviews, now I have to return at my cost!

Overheated motor
Pro: easy to cleanCon: Motor overheated at the 1st time using it. The motor doesn't latch very well with the shaft of choppers. Have to maneuver the lid to get it latched to the shaft. After less than 1 minute of grinding meat, the motor overheated with burning smell. Not recommended.

I like it because easy to clean, I don't like it because the blade is not sturdy, always move everywhere when I put stuff in it , and at the end, I have to adjust all the time , other than that you can't close it nicely and the blender wont run.is not a good quality for such expensive product

It is terrible product
I bought this one, but it uses 220VAC instead of 100VAC for Canada, it works unstable with a step up transformer. I wasted my money.
