This is my favorite cleanser, I have stress related constipation or IBS-c and this has been my go to product. Every laxative I took caused gas and this has fennel and irish moss which seems to quell that part. Read the directions and increase as needed. I found taking magnesium citrate daily helps to increase daily progress and if I am totally backed up adding MiraLax helps. Meditation, eating fruits and vegatables and excersize help to keep from becoming constipated, but this product really has helped me for a couple years now, when I have not kept up with my self care.

This product was not harsh and works with your body’s natural functions...I didn’t experience any cramps, just a natural urge to go. Drink a full glass or more of water with each dose particularly with or after a meal. The tablets are large and dissolve quickly so don’t let it sit in your mouth, be prepared to swallow. You can expect a BM within 30 mins to overnight depending on your system.

Keeps you very clean ;

After dealing with opioid induced constipation for many months, a friend suggested this product. I had tried several over-the-counter products that did not work. I was also prescribed two medications for OIC, which did not work either. When I started this product, I started with one tablet the first night. That didn't work, so I increased my intake by one per day, until I was taking (2) tablets, 3 x per day. After three days at this amount, I finally had success! I have continued using this, but now use 2 per night and it works every day. Since the bottle says not to take this every day, I skip taking the tablets one day per week, just for a break. I am very impressed with this product and am grateful that my friend suggested it.

Great value! I got up to 4 in the morning and 4 at night (the label says not to go over 3 twice a day) but I've had great results and feel lighter and clean. I am diabetic and doing the PH Miracle for Diabetes plan which recommends a lower bowel cleanser that includes several herbs. This product contains many if not all of the ingredients I was looking for and was an excellent price for the amount of tabs I got. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is that the "other ingredients" list is longer than I'd like and contains many questionable additives. They aren't shown on the listing.

I have used this for a long time as a detox and colon cleanser. I love it because it's pretty gentle and yet quite effective. I highly recommend trying it, though I know everybody's system is different. Works great for me!

I have been cleansing for over 25 years tried a lot of different products, powders, drinks and some of them work pretty good. But what I like about this product I don't have to mix anything, just pop about 4 or 6 pills and the next day its already working! I understand some people can't swallow big pills, but you can crush them if you need to.This has many other helpful herbs, for better digestion, try it you'll be glad you did.
