Q: Is this 1 cup ? Or 4.5 oz? What is the dry capacity?

I just filled it up with 1 cup of water. It almost overflowed. I use them for dry things. So less then a cup. But I will say the lid is sometimes hard to get on. I have 4 of them but really don’t use them very often. They are very cute though.

The container is 4 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches in height. It fits 6 ounces of a dry snack.
