Non-Methylated Multi-Vitamin 90 Capsules - Vegan, Gluten and Dairy Free

Can't take my old multi vitamin and couldn't find any others with such limited B

I believe I have issues with methylated vitamins and these are perfect!Regarding the "green particles" in the other recent review. I noticed the same thing and I received a quick response from their support team who said: "As far as the spots you're seeing, one of our nutrients has a special coating (which allows it to be better delivered to your cells via a more bioavailable route), it has a dark color, sometimes it looks like a dark purple, green or brown. There's nothing wrong with the product, that's completely normal looking (no mold or anything). You don't need to be concerned."

It's been two weeks and I am definitely benefiting from this multi. Per results of my genetic testing and following protocols of Dr. Ben Lynch, I should not take mythelated vitamins. This multi also lets me personalize B12 and folinic acid. I'm feeling more energetic and alert, like "my spark plugs where just replaced". My nutrition must of been missing vitamins that I receive from this. Only issue, wish it didn't contain soy, as I have a thyroid condition.

Through years of thorough self research, lab testing by Dr Mensah's lab, FB chats & numerous methylation blogs, i discovered i am an "over-methylator"" with Pyroluria disorder, so taking excess methylated vitamins triggers my anxiety, tension, etc.. I'm grateful to have found a Multivitamin to cover my basics.. um.pkacibg a 2nd order I do not have any bad reactions. My Naturopathic Doc approved, when I showed her.

My husband and I started using these vitamins a couple of months ago after using the Methylated version for a couple of years. We are very pleased. By not having the B12 or Folate in this vitamin, we are able to purchase those separately and get the exact dosage we need. And in general, we feel very good about this vitamin. Excellent amounts of lots of the vitamins and minerals that we need to improve our health. We're also pleased with the price. And the service from Methyl-Life is superb - generally same day shipping.

Please can somebody help me on this I notices green particles inside the capsule hope is normal

Great companion vitamin which allows me to customize my dosages of folate and B12. I really appreciate that this vitamin does not contain iron, and it has zinc/copper in proper ratio. Also nice that it does not contain ascorbic acid for those with G6PD. Just wish this formula had more molybdenum, for those with CBS. I still have to buy additional, which is a pain! This formula is almost perfect. Very high quality supplement! Would give 5 stars if it contained at least 75mcg of molyB. Thank you for making great products!!!

I was not able to take the product, because it was expired. The manufacture date was January 2019. I didn’t pay $40 to get a two year old product. Company is not easy to get a hold of as they do not have phone service.
