Awesome flavor, healthy, Organic ..
I have noticed over the years how different honey taste depending on what flowers the honey bees have access too. This bottle of white honey has a very different taste then honey I have bought in Hawaii, which was one of my favorites, and had a macadamia nut taste, that was expensive for a very small amount. This Wholesome honey has a flowery berry taste to me, and I do like it allot. This comes in a easy to use squeeze bottle. I hope the plastic is non-gmo!Organic, No,Pesticides, etc. The wild flowers for this honey are grown in a remote forest in Mexico, and Brazil.I usually buy the raw organic dark honey from trader joe's. That honey taste good, but I have to say,This white honey is awesome, and I really like it, but its pricey, but not as much as the honey in Hawaii!Honey is the oldest natural sweetener, with allot minerals depending on the flowers. I do not know what flowers are in this honey,But it says , wild flowers, organic.I mainly use honey in my organic tea.I can taste the difference using this honey in my tea, and I like it better then what I usually use.

Delicious!
This Wholesome organic honey is terrific. Not only does it taste great, but since it is raw and unfiltered, it is honey at its most wholesome - with all of its benefits/antioxidants โ unlike processed honey you buy at the grocery store. It is pesticide-free and Fair Trade Certified. The squeezable bottle with its no-mess cap at the bottom of the bottle makes it easy to dispense without making a sticky mess. Note: The price is for 6 bottles of honey, not just one; currently, the quantity is not specified at the top of the page. One final note: As many people know, honey should never be given to infants under one year of age because it can contain a type of bacteria that can be extremely harmful to them.We really like this honey and would recommend.

High grade, excellent tasting honey, with no pesticides, Kosher, and Certified Organic, great, but a very expensive priced item.
I have questions, but I can't complain about the taste at all. This says it's organic, raw unfiltered and pesticide free. I don't know where honey would get pesticides unless the flowering plants they get the sap or nectar from are not sprayed with pesticides, as I doubt you'd spray the bees. I can't speak with authority there, as far as I know maybe most raw honey is pesticide free, but again I'm not sure. Again what is organic and what does it mean here, I have to assume they mean the plant and not the bees. This is an import and comes from Brazil or Mexico as per the label. It's also certified Kosher and Gluten free, although I offer a question there as well since Gluten is a protein flour, I don't know how it would get in a bottle of pure honey anyway. The main point of review here is the taste, and I decided to go the best way I could here. First some biscuits, I got a six count fresh baked from a local fast food chicken place. They have packets of honey, but it contains mostly corn syrup, and just a small percentage of real honey. I guess I can understand because of the expense. I melted some Irish butter the salted kind which is among the best and brushed it on three of the biscuits. Then dripped on the honey from this on one with butter and one without. For comparison, I used a recent purchase from an Amish store from Sweet Life Honey Farm, LLC, in Huntington, IN. It's labeled as raw pure honey Summer Blossom. The color was slightly lighter than this, and it was a lot less expensive, nothing about pesticides or organic, so I can't judge there. Both honeys were good, especially so when blended with the Irish butter, the Wholesome product had a stronger honey smell to it and was a bit thicker, it had a rich sweet taste I really liked. I decided to try it on something else, but did not compare it with the other this time.I make a special sweet ham and cheese omelet that is to die for. What I know about honey is like Pineapple and certain other substances it can break down fat. I can tell the difference with a test I've done before using dark cane syrup vs honey in making my omelets. First, you take a 3/16 to quarter inch slice of boneless ham and dice it about 2 ounces worth, put it in a small saute pan and add a couple ounces of water, and about one ounce of honey. Bring it to a mild boil with the diced ham and simmer for about 20 minutes adding a bit more water if needed. Drain off the liquid and add four large eggs about 3 ounces of shredded mild cheddar, scramble the mixture and pour into a greased just medium warm omelet pan, and brown. Turn up the half over when the mixture is set and slightly brown, add some salt and pepper as desired, and brown to taste. Having done that I did the taste test, and I could tell the breakdown was very good and the flavor best ever. The ham was melt in your mouth tender and the sweetness blended well with the cheese and the egg of the omelet. Not everyone's taste, but I love sweet omelets.I can give this a mild recommend, I don't deduct anything for taste, here, but his was five times as expensive as the Sweet Life honey. It does taste better, but I just can't see paying that much, per ounce it's about the same as a choice beef Filet. If you like high class products or expense is not a problem, this may be for you. I do spend more for things like Irish butter for the taste, but that's just about 1.5 times the normal butter, so I don't mind the expense, this is just a bit prohibitive for me.

Best tasting honey I've had in long time!
This is the best tasting honey I've had in a long time! I'm kind of embarrassed to admit that I usually buy "store brand" honey because I use a lot of honey in cooking. Maybe the store brand stuff is alright to use in BBQ sauces and such, but for "straight-up" honey applications--like on biscuits or in a hot cup of tea--I deserve better! And this Wholesome Sweeteners honey is that "better"! It tastes so good that I've caught myself squeezing a little bit onto a spoon and just eating it plain. I'm going to keep some of this on hand so I can get the excellent honey taste I deserve when I need it. Because I'm worth it!
