Product is not durable
I am using it since more than a year, but it's rubber is torn which is maintaining the height and balance of stool. It is not available in market. If there would be another mechanism than rubber product on joints, it would be better.

Very good footrest. It reduces the ill effect of feet, legs and back when sitting and working for long hours.Due to its move able surface we will not hold our feet in one position for a longer time and it will reduce stress on the feet, also reduces chances of backache.Overall product and material are very good.It has good grip on the floor but still it slowly slips on my floor but it is acceptable.

The foot rest plate keeps moving and doesn’t lock
The delivery was ok, the package was damaged. I am returning the item because it doesn’t serve the purpose. There is a somehow a lock mechanism for the height, but the plate keeps moving and it’s not really helping to keep the foot on the plate. And it just collapses or moves to the other direction. I wanted to have a foot rest without moving and this item doesn’t have the option to adjust and lock the plate.
