Q: Hi....Will this fit a lawn/beach chair that is 23" wide?

no looks like the width is no more than 201/2, buy a smaller chair because they are really worth it. I don't see how it would fit right if you stretched it to 24".

It would really depend I’d tie seats have a round edge like in the picture of the beach chair. That round part is what the shade attaches too

Q: Can this be folded small enough to lay flat in a carry on suitcase?

It did not fit my chair so I returned it but as I recall it did lay flat but ultimately would depend on the size of your suitcase.

Q: i want to purchase 2 of these but it says delivery will be at the end of June . Is that correct ??
