LorAnn Maple SS flavor, 1 ounce bottle

LorAnn is always the go-to for flavoring I can't find locally, and this was no exception. The maple is nice, and adds a wonderful flavor. Just be VERY careful not to use too much! I followed the instructions and used barely a 1/2 tsp at first, which didn't seem to impart any flavor at all to my candy. In the end, for a 9x13 pan batch of fudge, I used 2 tsp, which didn't taste like much when it was hot, but once it cooled it ended up being way too much. So, I'd think somewhere in the middle was where it needed to be. Just be aware it won't always taste the same when hot vs cooled, and use sparingly.

This is a game changer. It is smooth and rich.

I discovered this item when I couldn’t find rum extract. I am so glad I did, this is now my go to! The aroma and the flavor are awesome. I use in baking but also in pancakes and for French toast.

Made butter beer macroons. Thought the flavor was really strong at first but when cooked turned out really good.

I ordered this Butter Rum flavoring oil, thinking it was like the old flavorings...not so. It is overpoweringly alcoholic smelling and tasting, not like the old Watkins flavorings at all; which were strong but did not have alcohol in them. If you are baking a cake, the alcohol will bake off, but beware of using this type of flavoring in smoothies! Clean bottle delivered in a timely fashion, but just not what I had expected at all.....

This is an awesome and very strong flavouring. It gave a very authentic taste to a batch of rum raisin ice cream I just served.

Great stuff for creating that maple flavour - have used it for flavouring candy, baking, homemade vegan milk and creamer. This is a great brand of flavouring in general and we use them often.

Très odorant (et très réussi) mais pas aussi concentré que je le pensais. Un codigoutte aurait été bienvenu. Bon rendu dans un stick à lèvres. À tester desormais en cuisine :)
