Works well! Puts me out so fast!

I like the easy dissolve tablets because I keep the bottle by my bedside in case I can't sleep and I don't want to get up to get a drink of water to swallow the regular pill type. These do make me sleepy but I still wake up after 4 hrs or so they don't help me to sleep all night.
