Cracks
Bought this, as I had a liquid glass screen protector on my old phone and loved it. About a week after applying, my phone fell (just from my pocket to the floor—and I am only 5’4”, and my screen shattered. Have to get the screen replaced. It is not nearly the same thickness/quality as other liquid glasses I have used, & now I am out a phone screen.

Awful
This product completely damaged my new phone! At first it just reduced the sensitivity so that a large section of my screen wouldn't react and then this weird purple color grew on my screen so now I can't use the phone at all! I talked to amazon about the issue and they said they could only refund me for the product and not the damage it did to my screen.

Don’t think twice
I was able to apply this one product on our entire family’s devices including 4 iPads, 4 phones and 3 apple watches. I laid out all devices on the table at once and did a first round to wet all screens, then started rubbing the wipe one by one for about 15 seconds or so each device. It’s an incredible value. I’ve been protecting my devices with liquid glass since a few years now. I did use other brands previously but this stuff is superior in terms of performance. Clear instructions, cleaning wipe, application wipe and microfiber cloth makes application a breeze. The product itself outperforms the other brands I’ve tried before. The most signifiant difference is the oleophobic feature. Much less fingerprint marks on my screen since application and it’s easier to wipe my screen clean. My phone did not get any scratches so far but I’m also careful with my devices usually as I know no matter what eventually the screens may get scratched. Just one drop on an iPad thus far and it’s safe, no damage. I’ve been using Luvvitt's cases since 2010 too and that’s how I came across this product. Their packaging and products always have premium look and feel. Attaching some photos. Their customer service always responds very quickly and I know I can trust this brand.

Buyer Beware. Fake warranty crap product
I bought this on the recommendation from a friend, I liked the idea of them standing behind their product. I registered it, got an email that the video was blurry, so sent a new one. Got another email that it was received then heard nothing else. So today my screen cracked (guess it's not so great after all, the first point). I went to file the claim against the Liquid Glass, and they said my warranty was not valid because I did not send a new video. I did send a new video, I even got the confirmation email that the registration was received AFTER they asked the first time. And now they are saying, 'and anyway, it is outside of the 30 days'. Well of course it is because I never got further notified there was an issue. So 1) product does NOT work and 2) they do not stand behind it. Skip this stuff.

Great protection
It’s very easy to apply. I applied it to the front and back of my phone and there was still plenty of the product left to apply the on 3 more phones and an iPad. The screen now has smoother feel to touch and although it’s invisible I can tell it works because I’ve dropped my phone many times and there are no cracks or chips on my screen. Even though my screen is not scratched yet, I added a tempered glass screen protector on top of this for extra protection. I know this stuff will not let my phone screen break however all liquid glass protectors state it improves scratch resistance but not 100% scratch proof, so I didn’t want to take the risk. Will update if things change.
