This came quickly in a small padded envelope. The quick arrival was great considering that this was a customized item. The material was very light weight. I expected a more rigid, hard plastic but I feel like what I have will do well for my needs. This came with the customized name plate as well as the holder that you can slide the name plate into. The holder piece has 2 holes in in, making wall mounted this with a couple of screws easier. Instead of using hardware to mount mine, I just used a Command strip. My on complaint is that this scratched super easily. I put this up at the entrance to my classroom. I had some paint on my hands when I handled the sign, leaving a dusty finger print. I took some of school issued brown paper towels, wet it and attempted to wipe my finger print away. I used a gentle touch as my dusty fingerprint did warrant a scrubbing. That being said, the light swipe of the damp paper towel left several fine scratches behind. The scratches are not too noticeable, but maybe use on a microfiber cloth on these if you have to clean off smudges or fingerprints. These name tags do not seem very durable, at all. I still like mine and would order from this company again I the future...I would just be more cautious about how I cleaned it.
