Not great quality
Functionality wise, this product does its job, except for the weight of it which makes it feel as though it could fall.The way it looks is another story. It’s okay, but clearly cheap materials.

Decent but Space Limited
It looks just like the picture, its not heavy as I thought and much smaller than expected. I would not recommend this for a family more than 3 people. Limited space for belongings.

Toooooo short
Cheaply constructed....unless that coat is a kids coat in the photo...it's great. But. ll large coats hang to and on shelf...looks stupid...they drape over the bench...do t DARe sit on the bench. This is NO more than a $25 item. Don't bother

Rubbish
If I could score it less than one star I would. The product was super cheap.. Then to have to eat the cost to return this rubbishy coat rack The poles and screws did not line up. It was defective and I would become a safety hazard before long. LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE.

Nice little bench for small entry way
Nice little bench for small entry way. I just put a basket on seat part to store hats & mittens, because it's not strong enough to hold adults.

Does the job it's supposed to do. Mounting brackets are quite flimsy, though, so be sure to replace with sturdier hardware.
