So easy to install
Wow what a beautiful fireplace insert! My fireplace already had gas hookups but sat empty for 2 years with no insert. We literally just plugged it in. We covered it in fire glass and it looks like one big flame and puts out tons of heat! It looks very modern and clean

Product performs as advertised and better than burner it replaced.
This burner was installed into a custom fire pit with dimensions 14”x42”. The width @ 6” was perfect and a burner with 36” would have been perfect length. But the 30” model fits well. This 3-bar “H” style burner replaced a custom 2-bar “H” design and provides a superior flame appearance as hoped vs the custom burner due to additional bar and many more jets. This burner also eliminated a whine from the jets on the customs burner. So we love the fit, the flame appearance and the silence!

Works well and provides good gas flow to make the flames just right.

Worked exactly as described
Now that In have installed it I think I would prefer the holes to send the flames straight up. But it works exactly as described.
