You just can't help but root for her.
This volume continues with Pariya's romantic endeavors, and more Pariya is never a bad thing! The entire read felt too short because of how much I I enjoyed myself. Definitely a favourite.

Volume number error
The manga itself is perfect but the inside binding was upside down, so this volume 9 reads as if it was volume 6 (see video and pictures), or when compared to the binding of other volumes where this does not occur.

such a good story
The hard cover will keep it safe from getting damage. This story is terrific!! I love how Kaoru Mori keeps this story going.

Best Slice of Life Manga in Years
I've read all of this series with pleasure, but this is the volume I loved the most. The heroine of this series as a whole, and most of the other characters as well, are pretty strong and confident people, and that's fine, but in the MC in this volume I found a person with enough flaws for a flawed reader to identify with and for almost any reader to root for as she struggles to make her way in her society. Very moving, often very funny, frequently very touching. As usual for this series, the drawing is superb, and there is a calm love of humanity implicit in much of the story telling.

Pariya & Umar Arc
Another fantastic release by Kaoru Mori...In Volume 9 we are now invited to explore the Pariya & Umar arc even further and the tribulations young couples can find in such environment (nineteenth-century Silk Road.) Also, Pariya finally makes some new friends other than Amir and Karluk...Overall, this is a great read and I highly recommend it
