Gator Patch GP69 UV Cure Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester Patch

I had a significant hole in the keel of my kayak. I watched several YouTube videos for various ways to repair kayaks. This product came highly recommended. It was very easy to use, clear instructions, set quickly with UV light from the sun, most importantly no more hole in my boat.Patches were a little pricey but worth it. Happily enjoying the waterways once again. I would definitely purchase this again.

Had a branch punch a solf ball size hole in the roof of my green house. The 6"x 9" covered it completely with extra on edges. Easy to apply BUT make sure you have it where you want it because it will stick and stay there. Seems to be working. We'll see how it holds up when our winter/snow comes.

On the back of the package it states that unopened Gator patch has a 2 year shelf life. The package also had a manufacture date of 03/2021. Since it is currently 07/2023, I think I received a package that expired in March. Disappointed, but I think we will try it since it took so long to get here.

Saved me from buying another kayak. I tried to plastic weld and it still leak, installed this patch and no more leaks at all. Very durable and conforms well to the material.

I don't usually write reviews - but this product has inspired me! I managed to crack the top of my sit on top moulded plastic kayak (don't ask - it just happened). The cracks ran along the side, and into some crevices. I thought that I'd just tossed $1000 kayak on the scrap heap - however, found this product and gave it a try. It molded easily and quickly into the odd crevices where the cracks were, adhered tightly, and hardened quickly in the Florida winter sun. It's held up for a couple of weeks now - I'll update this when it's been a couple of months. I'm really impressed so far - and feel confident to want to use it on my fiberglass boat where some rocks and dinged it.
